I'm Justin O'Connor creator of The Under 20 Workout and I'm from Los Angeles, CA. I have a 3 year old Ollie and I'm here to transform lives through health, fitness and love.

Hey everybody, welcome to the new site AND the new forums.
I'm an internet video geek. I've been producing videos for the internet full-time for about five years. I moved to Los Angeles a year ago and live on the west side with my wife Hilah and 20 month old son Flint.
In addition to the work I'm doing for Under 20 Workout, I also produce the YouTube channels Hilah Cooking and Yoga With Adriene.
I connected with Justin through about two years ago when I was still living in Austin, TX. I liked the Under 20 Workout System immediately and thought it would be fun to work with Justin on something one day. Fast forward to now and we are working together on new videos for the membership site and the YouTube channel.
I've also been helping Justin move things to this new system - for partly selfish reasons: Hilah also does the workout and really prefers to use a TV rather than a computer.
Hellooooooo everyone! I'm Rebecca and I live in Los Angeles with husband, almost four-year-old son and six-year-old daughter. I'm an actor and a writer (totally unrelated, watch "The New Looney Tunes" show coming out next year!!!). The Under 20 Workout is the first workout I have ever stuck to. I'm a year-and-a-half in and still madly in love with it, though I do occasionally cheat on it with Yoga with Adriene.
First, yes everyone watch "The New Looney Toons." Rebecca writes on it and her husband is the mad genius behind the show.
Thanks for being such a loyal member even if you do cheat with YWA. I'll have to talk to Adrienne about that.Ha!
I actually bought YWA for Susana. It's a great yoga system and she's really chilled out.
Hi all :) BJ here from Sydney Australia - long time under20 workout devotee. I'm a dad of 2 active boys (7 and 6), a husband, IT consultant and musician. Yes, the plate gets very full sometimes, which is part of the reason under20 works so well for me!
I travel a fair bit for work and use the workout in hotel rooms and places all around the world - looking forward to seeing more advances with the mobile apps and TV-based stuff as well - exciting times. I'm Karen and I live in Dublin, Ireland with my wife. I started doing this workout a few months before I got married and I've loved it ever since. I've always played a lot of sport but at 31, I would say I'm the fittest I've ever been thanks to under20 and A LOT of tag rugby :-)
I own my own web design company and I'm a UX designer.

Hi, Yehuda here. I've been doing under20 for the last 15 months; dropped over twenty pounds quickly and have continued to keep it off. I'm a teacher and was proudly able to outlast my kids on the ropes course adventure they went on for graduation. i couldn't have done it without the under20 workout!
OMG, Yehuda! I love this. I'm so happy for you. This is why I do this. To make lives better. And you are doing the same. How awesome it is that as a teacher you have become a roll model by showing those students what it's like to be healthy and able. To show them how important it is have the power to be as fit as you can be. You should be so proud. Keep up the great work.

I agree! Whenever my brain starts making up reasons why I should do the dishes or whatever, I think to myself don't be ridiculous all you have to do is get on your mat and do the 20 min workout.
Hi everyone! I am Michelle Harris. I've been doing under 20 workout since early 2012. This exercise routine change my body and my life. I used to run through my mid-thirties, but it was just too much on my lower back. And so I struggled with finding a way to keep in shape with two young children. Being able to do the under20 in my living room with my little kids running around was key to my fitness. And even more importantly, speed training changed my body for the better! I'm more fit, and I look more fit too.
I did the under-20 about 3 days a week. Today I did it in San Francisco while on vacation!
I love this, Michelle! Look how far we've come since 2012. :D And it's only going to get better and better with all the amazing things this system does. You are the best.
Hey everybody! I'm Bryan. I am a former actor turned financial advisor (what? That's a natural transition!) I live in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations with my amazing wife, Kathleen and our 3 wonderful daughters. 20 has been plenty for me for about 2 years now, and I love it! Like Rebecca, this is the only workout I have actually stuck to, and I can't imagine not doing it. I feel great! Now, I'm looking forward to trying the Zero Gravity diet so my belly and love handles start to catch up to my arms and legs.
Woohoo, Bryan! The ZG diet plan is coming very soon. I want to thank you for your dedication and for sharing this system with so many people. The VHX affiliate system is going to make that so much easier.

My name is Helena. I was born in Spain and moved to Seattle in 2011.
I discovered the Under 20 Workout and Justin through a common friend in 2012, and have been a member since then.
I have only great things to say about the U20W. It has transformed my body, as well as the way I feel about working out in general. Justin has inspired me to keep an exercise routine that I actually enjoy. He has been very supportive and encouraging since the beginning.
I have a very demanding job. I'm a veterinary surgical assistant at an emergency hospital. I work crazy hours, lift lots of weight, stand on my feet for 10 to 16 hours straight, stay in weird postures during endless procedures, restraint patients that are heavier than me, stand in the O.R. holding surgical instruments for a very long time... I could never do this if I wasn't fit.
And I owe it to the Under 20 Workout. It has made me not only stronger, but it also has given me the energy and stamina to endure the madness of my profession.

This is amazing, Helena. So glad to have you on the new system. This is why I do this. Not only for the workouts and the body transformation but helping people in every day life.
This is actually why I'm going to start talking more about The Zero Gravity Lifestyle. Really living life at a physically weightless level with no pain, no unnecessary obstacles.

Greetings!!! my name is socrates, live in north carolina, a 55 year old father of 2 sons. since starting maybe a year ago while it was offered under a learning app and continued to repeat the same 6 week schedule. getting into it big time after the holidays......or shortly thereafter. last dr appt weighing in at 176 with blood pressure of 170 over 100, yesterday weighed in at 155 and a blood pressure of 120 over 80. my dr exclaimed "what the hell?!" i told him under 20 workout. Justin was kind enough to allow me as a beta tester and I'm jumping in for good. many thanks to Justin and fellow under 20 brothers and sisters. namaste

Toni here, 26 years old. I first found Under20Workout at Udemy with the beginner 6 week program. I remember taking on the challenge (without the food part) and lost 15 pounds (from 180 to 165). It was an incredible results.
Although, I strop using it and didn't start again for a while, this time, I decided to subscribe as a member of U20 and take on the challenge along with the Zero Gravity Eating Plan.
Justin does an excellent job at motivating and pushing us to the limit in each videos.
I do look forward into making it as a habit.

Hey everyone! I'm Koko, a 24 year old financial advisor from the Philippines. I've also found Under20Workout from Udemy. I enjoyed the workouts, subscribed to Mr. Justin's newsletters, but became inconsistent until I stopped.
Then when I received a newsletter yesterday, with the 7-day trial and The Zero Gavity Diet Plan, without second thought I subscribed as a member. I can't wait to have awesome results just like the others!
