Hello!
My name is Pat but Ive been trying to get people to call me BlackDog for, like, 20 years. Giving yourself a nickname never goes well. You know what has gone well? [insert topical segue] The U20 Workout! I have been a member since my first of two daughters was 2 years old. She's 5 now. Back then I was nearing 190lbs and found myself having a hard time getting up off the floor after playing legos with her. Thats when I decided I had to change & agreed to finally hear my old pal, Justin, out. He and I knew one another back when he was in Chicago (where I live now). This workout is now part of my life. I am at my goal of roughly 165lbs and am wearing the same waist size (32w) that I wore when I was in high school! Now I am really at a point where I workout to maintain my strength, weight and overall health. That said, I can always improve. "Stronger every day".

Hiii. I’m a DJ/personality/occasional model based in Los Angeles. I’ve always been in shape (played a sport in college, did bootcamps and cross fit since graduation), but when I started touring it was impossible to keep up with and I got soooo lazy and gross :( I recently started back up but a knee injury is keeping me from doing my regular workouts so while I was looking for something new that would also work with my schedule, I found this program. Just starting today but looking forward to it!

Hiya, my name is Stacey im 28 and live in Cambridge,UK.
Im a chef transitioning back to working with my university degree which is in Sports Therapy. I find that with alot of physical therapy out there that appreance matters to clients. Therefore this is where I hope under 20 can help me.
I like to do yoga also but with my ever change shift pattern, fitting in a class can be difficult.
I can across under 20 after reading an interview with Stephanie Beatriz and liked that she spoke about being a badasse and being strong. That what i wiuld like to wake up and feel every day!
