I would love some five-minute/off-day workouts that were very specific to one body part: hips, triceps, abs, chest etc. It would be great to have a quick workout we could do to address our "problem areas." Not that I have any...
I love this idea, Rebecca! We'll shoot some in the next couple of weeks. A few things ahead of it but should be pretty quick.
