Thanks in advance to everybody who is helping us Beta Test this new system.

The ultimate goal is to make it easier for you to access the workouts wherever and whenever you want. We want to remove as many barriers as possible.

We've been testing it out in our house for a few months now on both Roku and Apple TV. So far it's been working great and has removed one small barrier in that we don't have to pull out a computer and get it set up in the right place. We just turn on the TV and go.

We're still working on a ton of design elements, making everything a little shinier and smoothing out the rough edges as we find them.

To access Under 20 on your Roku, just install the VHX Roku Channel which you can get here.

If you have an Apple TV, just go to the App store on your TV and search for VHX.

Use this thread to let us know how you're accessing the workouts and if you run into anything weird.

This looks great! I love the way it is organized. I am probably a good beta tester for you, because I am a technology IDIOT! I tried to install the VHX app on my Apple TV, but it turns out I have an old generation one that you can't add apps to. The plus is, for the first time in my life I figured out airplay, so now I can at least stream the video from my phone to the TV. I'm working on installing it on Roku. I'll let you know what happens. I just finished the very first workout! It was killer! LOL left a comment on the video.

The first thing I noticed is that the very first video we're supposed to do is at the very end of the whole training. I thought that was quite backwards but I have no problem with it, I guess that's the way the videos uploaded?

Next thing you should do is add an affiliates tab to the bottom of your home page! I would love to promote this, I was thinking about adding a fitness area to my website. Having an affiliates area with all kinds of tools, banners and such would be an awesome idea!

Other than that I am loving the new system. I'm going to try it on my roku and let you guys know how that worked out.

Wow, Alicia. Those are some great ideas. So glad to have you rocking these workouts.
Here's a couple answers for you.
1. The videos are in reverse order but there is a "sort by alphabetical" that puts them in chronological order. Also, Chris has a request into VHX to automatically put them in order. Hopefully we will hear back soon.
2. I love this idea of an affiliate tab. This would make it extremely easy for everyone to share. I'm going to look into this. Great idea.

Everything looks beautiful. The HD looks fantastic on my iMac.
I am back home now and on my ethernet/cable internet connection. Did the #166 Lower Body workout today. It loaded quickly and without a problem however I did see a lot of buffering isues at around minute 4:30 mark. It was bad enough that I restarted the video (dragged marker back instead of reloading entirely so that the buffering that had already started would not restart). Only after doing so, the video played entirely without a problem.

Separately, is there a feature that I can turn off where the next video in the queue does not automatically play? That seems to be new as well.

I really like the look and feel of the new system! I've been Airplaying my workouts since day 1, and like Rebecca, I have an older gen AppleTV, so I can't load apps. That said, it is really nice to have the workouts laid out like they are. Fewer clicks to get to the workout you want is great, and bundling the workouts into levels gives you a sense of accomplishment when completing a level that you can miss when simply climbing the ladder. Sometimes the mirror doesn't give you the encouragement you need, but completing a level can do that for you psychologically. Can't wait to see what's coming down the road!

Just did a workout via the vhx app on my iPad. No issues. No buffering at all, and I had to rewind to catch something I missed. It picked right up without issue.

I did a workout this morning on the VHX app Airplaying to my TV. Noticed a few times the video quality went a little off during the workout, but it cleared up to HD quality pretty quickly. No real buffering issues that stopped the video stream. One thing I'm psyched about with this system is the ability to download the workout(s). If I know I'm going to be traveling, particularly to an area with unknown internet quality, it will be great to fire up my workout video and go.

Awesome, Bryan. Yes. Downloading the videos is a huge benefit. So many members were asking for that and it wasn't available on the old system. Another big reason we're switching. Thanks for the comment. Keep 'em coming.

Just did some testing on the new platform and have some thoughts to share:

1. The site works really well on Chrome and Firefox - doesn't play quite as nicely from a performance perspective on IE, or on the new Edge browser with Windows 10. Its not terrible by any means, just noticed a slight difference in performance. Did experience a specific issue with video not buffering on workout 107 - only affected IE and Edge browsers, works fine in Firefox and Chrome. Also had a couple of glitches with pages hanging or becoming unresponsive when filtering results by release date/alphabetical.

2. No option for HD/resolution appears in Edge browser - it does appear in Firefox and Chrome

3. Loving the alt-text and help/product tour info that appears right throughout - from a UX perspective the new site is much crisper and in line with the Netflix-style interface that's intuitive and delivers information at the right points.

4. Assume the content is still coming - but the Updates menu currently just defaults to the front page.

5. The VHX Android experience is a little counter-intuitive; it asks you to download an app, then sign in via email in the browser. There is no immediate reference to under20 - I had to click "help" and "I cannot access my content" to find the library link, which then directed me to under20 videos.

6. When accessing the video on Android, I got an error message about reaching my device limit and was unable to play any content - I was not logged in anywhere else at the time.

As an overall summary - it's looking great, certainly a big step up in overall look-and-feel and really projects an air of professionalism without seeming TOO slick of over-produced. Really feel its struck a nice balance in that respect. The site is clean, easy to navigate and the performance of the video is robust. Really looking forward to seeing it continue to evolve - and happy to participate in further testing, if there are UAT or similar scripts floating around I'm happy to help.

This system is soooo much better than the old system. It's a lot more intuitive to use and the design is great. One great feature would be to add the last date I each each workout to the tile listing. Somedays I login and I can't remember which workout I did last. With the old system, I used to open the next workout in the browser and just refresh that page when I want to do the next one. I tried doing that with this system and it loaded the homepage instead. Obviously, that was a workaround anyway. Adding a flag to the last workout or adding the last date watched to each video would be so helpful.

Being able to download the videos is great as when I'm on holidays wifi is generally crappy.

I'll add more testing notes as I go.

I've been trying out the new system on my android tablet. Using Chrome there were no issues with the workout (I've used it twice). i also downloaded the VHX; it did seem like it gave a little run-around with asking for email addresses several times, but otherwise installed well.
When trying an off day workout on the app, it froze midway. When i went to chrome to try the same one, i also experienced problems, so I'm not sure if it was from the app or my device. After rebooting the tablet, I tried again, and both worked fine. I've now downloaded the next workout, and will try that next time.
I didn't notice an area that tells you what videos you have downloaded to the device. Am I missing it, or do you have to manually click each video to check?
